Credit or Debit Cards—by Phone

  1. Call toll-free 1-800-275-1259 Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.
  2. Provide the phone number of your family member or friend in Guatemala as well as the details of the credit or debit card.
  3. Specify the amount you wish to pay (the minimum accepted payment is US$21).
The payment will be applied to the Claro Guatemala account no later than 24 hours after it is received by Telmex USA.Please note that a US$2 commission fee is charged per payment. This fee will be automatically deducted from your payment. If the payment is greater than, or equal to, US$100 and is intended for a single Claro Guatemala account, the fee will not apply.

Automatic Payment Form

With this payment option, you can specify the date as well as the amount that you wish to be applied to  the Telmex México phone bill.

To subscribe to this option:

  1. Complete the Automatic Payment Form.
  2. Print and sign the form once completed.
  3. Mail to:
