FAQ's

1. When does my calling card expire?
Some cards have no expiration, while others expire 90 days from first use.   Please refer to the disclosure on the back of the card.

2. Do I need to hang up to make a second call?
No.   Just press the # sign twice and then enter the destination.

3. Do rates vary based on the call time?
No.   The listed rates are the same 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

4. I can not read my pin, what do I do?
Please contact our customer service and give them the card name, batch and sequence numbers usually located on the lower right hand of your card.

5. Can I use my cellular phone to make a call?
Yes.  You can make both domestic and international calls from your cellular phone. Keep in mind that Regular airtime charges may apply as per your contract with your cellular provider.
