Have a holiday home or getaway and find it difficult to pay your TELMEX telephone bill while out of Mexico? Now you can pay your Mexican phone bill from USA by posting your payment through TELMEX USA. Your payment is applied to your account at a very attractive Peso-Dollar exchange rate and there is no subscription nor monthly rent fee.

However, there is a $2.00 dlls commission fee charged per payment. This commission fee will be automatically deducted of your payment (Commission fee does not apply for payments equal/over $100.00 dlls. if it is to be applied to a single phone acount).

Procedure to start paying for an existing TELMEX telephone line in Mexico.

1. Call us to register at 1-800-365-8808 Monday through Saturday, from 7am to 7pm PST. Provide us with the following information:
   • Family's telephone number including area code (Lada).
   • Your name, address and telephone number
   • You will be provided with a customer number, which you can then use to make payments toward your family´s telephone bill
