Check Money Order via Mail
1. Please make Check or Money Order payable to TELMEX USA (Please remember to consider our $2.00 dlls commission fee when selecting payment amount).
2. Write both your customer number and mexican phone number on the front of the check.
3. Send Payment and payment Coupon to:

4. Please allow 2 to 3 Business days for funds to be posted to the TELMEX account.
Credit / Debit Card Online
1. Now you can pay on line using several Credit / Debit cards (Minimum payment policy of $21.00 dlls. / $19.00 dlls. to phone acct + $2.00 dlls. commission fee).
2. Payments using a Credit / Debit card will be posted to the TELMEX account within 2 to 3 business days after payment has been made.
Credit / Debit Card via Phone
1. Call us at 1-800-295-6702 Monday through Saturday, from 7am to 7pm PST.
2. Provide us with your customer number and Credit / Debit card information and specify the amount you would like to pay (Minimum payment policy of $21.00 dlls. / $19.00 dlls. to phone acct + $2.00 dlls. commission fee).
3. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for funds to be posted to the TELMEX account.
Automatic Payment Service
1. You can now enroll in our Automatic Payment Service, where you can specify the exact date and amount to be applied toward the payment of a TELMEX telephone bill (Please consider our $2.00 dlls commission fee when selecting payment option for Full or Partial payment to phone account).
2. To sign up:
- Complete attached format.
- For automatic payment confirmation advices, please include your e-mail on the attached format.
- Print and sign the completed format.
- Mail format to:

Print Format
Western Union Swift Pay
1. Your TELMEX USA customer number is also your Western Union's Swift Pay Program Number. If you don't have one, or you forgot it, please call us at 1-800-295-6702 from Monday through Saturday, from 7am to 7pm PST.
2. To make payment go to any Western Union location and provide your Swift Pay Number.
3. Western Union will charge you a $3.50 dlls fee for this service.
4. Please remember our $2.00 dlls commission fee policy.
5. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for funds to be posted to the Telmex account.
IPP Agents
1. Your Telmex USA customer number is also your IPP Agent Payment Program number. If you don't have one yet, or have forgot it, please call us at 1-800-295-6702 Monday through Saturday, from 7am to 7pm PST.
2. In order to place your payment, you will need to go to the nearest registered IPP Agent (Please give us a call to find out about the nearest in your local area).
3. Though there is no fee at the IPP Agency for this service, please remember our $2.00 dlls. commission fee policy.
4. Please allow 2 to 3 business days after your payment for funds to be posted to the TELMEX account.
