Pay for an existing line
Procedure to start paying for an existing TELMEX telephone line in Mexico.
1- Call us to register at 1-800-365-8808 Monday through Saturday, from 7am to 7pm PST.
2- Provide us with the following information:
- Family's telephone number including area code (Lada).
- Your name, address and telephone number
- You will be provided with a customer number, which you can then use to make payments toward your family´s telephone bill
3 - We offer several convenient payment options.
