If you would like to sign up for our Mexico en Linea Program simply contact your relatives in Mexico and ask them to do as follows:
- Go to the closest TELMEX office and place an order for the installation of a New Line.
- Mention that this service will be paid in the USA.
- Your relatives will be given a Service Order Number, which they have to give to you.
Once you receive the Service Order Number, please call us at
1-800-365-8808 and we will help complete your order. The order will be processed upon receipt of your payment. We offer several convenient payment options.
Rates
If paying from the United States, we automatically convert the payment in dollars to pesos at the applicable exchange rate on the day the payment is received.
