Our ability to develop telecommunications solutions (including: voice, data, video, IP, outsourcing and professional services) for Global Accounts across Latin America, enables Telmex USA, L.L.C. to provide a true “One Stop Shopping” experience for our Customers.
Telmex USA, L.L.C., in direct alignment with our Affiliates, has implemented a dedicated Regional support model to manage the requirements of our MNCs. This model has our Customers at the very core our strategy, while providing dedicated in-country resources to support the USA-based Global Account Managers. Our Sales Team manages the Global, Regional and in-country requirements of our Multinational Accounts. Based in the USA, this team has the overall responsibility for managing and coordinating Telmex, and Telmex affiliated resources across Latin America, in support of our Customer's requirements. Our Commercial Senior Teams are supported by a dedicated organizations including: Solutions Center (pre-sales engineering), Customer Care, Network Services and Project Implementation. This structure is further complemented with Pan-Regional support tools for both internal and external use.
Our International Solutions Center is comprised of network, architectural and platform engineers, specialized in developing proposals to meet our Customer's business objectives. The International Solution Center (CICS) has the overall responsibility for design, development and integration of our Customer proposals. This team is comprised of SMEs (subject matter experts) in technology, applications, software/hardware and infrastructure, and telecommunications capabilities across the Latin American Region.
Our Customers receive World Class Customer Care via our 24x7 tri-lingual center. This facility houses our Help Desk, Field Services Team, Fault Management and one of our Regional Network Operation Center (NOC). This support provides our Customers a single point of entry, via toll-free number, to manage their account needs and is complemented with a dedicated US-based Care Team.
