Service Options

The service is comprised of:

• The VPN Port, which allows the user to access Telmex USA’s IP network.
• Class of Service (CoS) to differentiate the priority level of your voice, data, and video traffic.
• A last mile access link, connecting your offices with Telmex USA’s network.
• A CPE unit, which is installed at your company’s facilities.

Telmex USA offers you three alternatives to receive your monthly invoice for international services:

1. Local Invoice. Local invoice means that each location will receive an invoice for its contracted services.
2. Consolidated Invoice. In this mode, a branch in the country you designate will receive a single invoice with the detail of all consolidated international telecommunication services.
3. Invoice per Country. Each country with contracted services will receive one invoice including all contracted services for said country. This invoice will be sent to the office you designate.
