BUSINESS SERVICES AGREEMENT
The Telmex USA Business Services Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to Telmex USA’s state-to-state and international services.
The Telmex USA Business Services Agreement also applies to in-state Telmex USA long distance services in the states of Colorado, Iowa, Michigan, Montana, Oregon, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
Telmex USA state and federal tariffs, as applicable, will supersede the Terms in the Business Services Agreement for sales of tariffed services, to the extent required by law. Telmex USA Tariffs are found at www.telmexusa.com/regulatory.
Business Services Guides
Telmex USA Business Services Guides contain product-specific descriptions, rates, terms and conditions that apply to interstate domestic and international voice and data long distance services and required postings of individually negotiated custom arrangements called Business Guide SCAs.
The Telmex USA Business Services Guides are subject to and a part of the Telmex USA Business Services Agreement. All guides are organized by Service type.
Business Services Guides contain the specific prices and charges, service descriptions, and other terms and conditions associated with specific long distance services available to customers in the United States Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands for calling to/from the United States to/from foreign countries and areas.
Miscellaneous Charges, Credits, Fees, Surcharges, and Taxes contain information related to taxes and other separate charges that may apply to specific services on your bill, such as the Carrier Universal Service Charge.
