A maintenance charge of 99¢ will be deducted from midnight after the first call and weekly thereafter. If the entire card value is not used in the first call, then, on each call a service charge of 55¢ will be applied.  A surcharge of $0.99 per call applies for calling from a U.S. payphone.  A surcharge of 2¢ will be applied to calls made via toll-free access numbers.  Calls are billed in one (1) minute increments and the call price is rounded to the next whole minute, for example: a call lasting one minute and one second will be charged for 2 minutes of talk time.  Card expires 90 days after first use.
