The Telmex Scheduler is a plug-in that allows you to generate conference invitations from a template. It is an easy and fast way to invite your guests without worrying about omitting important information.

• To install the Telmex Scheduler
• Close Outlook® if it is currently open,
• Click on Telmex Scheduler to download the plug-in

The installation will be performed automatically. Telmex scheduler plug-in is for Outlook® only (it will not work on Outlook® Express). Please refer to the Telmex Web-Conference User Guide for additional important information.
