Telmex Conference Service provides international toll free numbers that allow you to conference from international locations. Toll-free numbers offer on-demand convenience for local, regional and global conferences for both Chairpersons and Participants with 24X7 Customer Care support.

How do I contact Customer Care?
Our Customer Care Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, at 877-600-8272 in the US and +1-514-985-1746 for international callers.
How do I set up a conference call?
You provide your conference guests with the date and time of the call. Also provide them with your Telmex USA Conference Service phone number and 7-digit Access Code.
How many people can I have on my conference call?
For a reservationless conference call, the maximum number of guests that can join the conference (including the Chairperson) is based on your personal subscription. When you sign up for this service, you choose a subscription size up to 96 lines. We also provide reservation based conference for calls that are larger than 96 ports. Today we have the capability to manage calls with greater than 3,000 participants.
How do I have a participant from another country attend my call?
We offer Toll Free access numbers from over 70 countries around the world, as well as a North American toll number that can be dialed from most anywhere. International access charges may apply.
What is a reservationless conference call?
A reservationless conference call is a conference call that does not require you to make a reservation, it is always available. Chairpersons and their guests can cost-effectively access a single conference from many international locations by dialing in on permanent access telephone numbers for their countries.
How many reservationless conferences can I set up?
There is no specific limit on how the amount of conferences you can schedule. Remember that a reservationless conference call is a conference call that does not require you to make a reservation and it is always available for you to use.
How much does it cost to set up a reservationless call?
There are no set up fees. Telmex USA Audio-Conference Service include all conferencing and network charges bundled into a single per-minute rate for each country.
Can I record my call?
You can record your audio by pressing “*2” on your phone, or by clicking the record feature on the web conferencing tool. If you are conducting a web meeting with your audio call, it will record the web and audio in sync and send the chairperson a link to the recording as soon as the call is concluded.
What does this service cost?

Do you offer Web Conferencing too?
We have Telmex Web Conference Service, which is integrated with the reservationless audio call. They both use the same log-in credentials and you can monitor and manage your audio call from the web conferencing tool.
Can I dial-out to people from my reservationless call?
You can either dial out using your key pad by pressing “*1” or you can use the Web Conference console to dial out anyone around the world. International long distance charges may apply.
How quickly can you set up an operator assisted conference call for me?
Phone Reservations – Less than 10 minutes
Web Reservations – Less than 24 hours
What does ITFS mean?
ITFS stands for International Toll Free Number. ITFS is the specific type of access that is associated with your Telmex Conference Service numbers, providing easy instructions and access to key business locations.
What is a geographic toll number?
A geographic toll number is toll number (the caller pays the long distance charges) that is recognizable to the person in the country which it is offered.
What is “mobile access”?
If mobile access is granted, this means you can dial a Telmex Conference Service toll-free number from your mobile/cell phone. If mobile access is not granted, this means you cannot dial the Telmex Conference Service toll-free number from your mobile/cell phone; rather you can access a conference by dialing a toll number.
What is a mobile operator?
A mobile operator is the provider of your mobile service.
My toll-free number indicates that mobile access is “open”. What does that mean?
When mobile access is open, this means that you are able to dial a Telmex Conference Service toll-free number from your mobile/cell phone.
My Telmex Conference Service toll-free number indicates that mobile access is “partial”. What does that mean?
When mobile access is partial, this means that you may be able to dial a Telmex Conference Service toll-free number from your mobile/cell phone, depending on your mobile/cell phone provider’s network restrictions.
