Telmex USA Carrier Ethernet Service it help our customers meet their business demand quickly and efficiently by providing headquarter to remote site, datacenter and cloud service connectivity.
The service will be initially available between USA and Mexico and to all major countries in Latin America through phase releases.
The International Carrier Ethernet service provides bandwidth options from 2Mb to 10Gb with application end-to-end performance guarantee with three classes of services (CoS) and robust SLAs.
Best in class customer experience starts with the installation of a demarcation device at the each customer site for fast service activation and service assurance functionality. Telmex USA Launches Unified Communications
Telmex USA has recently launched its own Unified Communications Service in May of 2016. Unified Communications (UC) is a solution that offers a set of functionalities such as IP telephony, instant messaging and presence services, conferencing, mobility, collaboration, and more across an integrated platform. The service is provided through a cloud-based server stored in our data centers allowing our customers to reap the benefits of UC technology without having to invest in infrastructure.
Telmex USA’s offer is based on the performance of high-tier data centers in North and South America that provide a reliable cloud-based server for UC services. We have an established presence in 18 countries in the Americas and provide local operations and customer support in each one of them from our NOCs.
The UC applications offered by Telmex USA are:
- Voice: Infrastructure that offers voice and PBX functionality to users spread across different offices and countries.
- Unified Messaging: Instant messaging and presence services.
- Mobility: The Soft Client provides users with the same UC experience across different devices through telephony, IM and presence services, regardless of their current location.
- Collaboration: Desktop and file-sharing capabilities.
- Voice Mail: Variety of uses including e-mail integration.
- IP Phones & Gateways: physical devices that allow users to utilize telephony and UC services. Solution includes a wide variety of IP phones and GWs to best suit customer needs.
