  1. Make the check or money order payable to Telmex USA.
  2. Please write your family member’s or friend’s Telmex México phone number or Customer Number on the front of the check or money order.
  3. Send your payment, including the payment coupon, to:

The payment will be applied to the Telmex México phone bill no later than 24 hours after it is received by Telmex USA. Please note that a US$2 commission fee is charged per payment. This fee will be automatically deducted from your payment. If the payment is greater than, or equal to, US$100 and is intended for a single Telmex México phone bill, the fee will not apply.

Credit or Debit Cards—by Phone



  1. Call toll-free 1-800-290-1649 Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.
  2. Provide the phone number of your family member or friend in Mexico, or Customer Number, as well as the details of the credit or debit card.
  3. Specify the amount you wish to pay (the minimum accepted payment is US$21).

The payment will be applied to the Telmex México phone bill no later than 24 hours after it is received by Telmex USA. Please note that a US$2 commission fee is charged per payment. This fee will be automatically deducted from your payment. If the payment is greater than, or equal to, US$100 and is intended for a single Telmex México phone bill, the fee will not apply.

With this payment option, you can specify the date as well as the amount that you wish to be applied to  the Telmex México phone bill.

To subscribe to this option:

  1. Complete the Automatic Payment Form.
  2. Print and sign the form once completed.
  3. Mail to:

TIO

Your Telmex USA Customer Number is also your TIO Agent Payment Program number.  If you don’t have your Customer Number, please call us at 1-800-290-1649 Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.

To make your payment, visit the nearest registered TIO location and provide your Customer Number (just give us a call to find out the nearest TIO location in your area).

The payment will be applied to the Telmex México phone bill no later than 24 hours after it is received by Telmex USA.

There is no charge for using the TIO service. Please note, however, that a US$2 commission fee is charged per payment. This fee will be automatically deducted from your payment. If the payment is greater than, or equal to, US$100 and is intended for a single Telmex México phone bill, the fee will not apply.

Western Union Quick Collect

Your Western Union Quick Collect account number is the same as the Telmex México phone number for the bill that you wish to sponsor.

To make your payment, visit any Western Union location and fill out the form provided. Please complete only the yellow and blue sections of this form.

Information from the US Sponsor (Payer information): First & Last Name, Address, Email and USA Phone Number (10 digits).

 

I want to Pay a Bill (blue section)

Information from the Mexican Phone Number: Company Name (Telmex USA), Mexican Phone Number (10 digits), Attention: Telmex FL and the Payment Amount.

Western Union will charge a commission fee of US$2.95 per payment (fees may vary).

The payment will be applied to the Telmex México phone bill no later than 24 hours after it is received by Telmex USA.
